The purpose of this Privacy Policy is the www.thriftmoda.com website ("Site") operated by Thrift Moda. ("Thrift Moda") and the mobile application (all together "Platform" ), to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of personal data shared with Thrift Moda by Platform users / members / visitors ("Data Owner") or generated by Thrift Moda during the use of the Platform.

The Data Owner declares that this Privacy Policy informs him/her of processing of his/her personal data and that he/her consents to the use of his /her. personal data as specified herein.

What Purposes Is The Data Used? Thrift Moda uses the personal data provided by the Data Owner (customer); in planning and execution of the activities required to recommend and promote the services offered by Thrift Moda to the relevant customer by tailoring them to the likes, usage habits, needs of the related customer. To provide the work done by Thrift Moda business units to the benefit of the related customer from the services offered by Thrift Moda and the execution of relevant works can be processed through planning and execution of Thrift Moda's business strategies. Thrift Moda may process and share personal data with third parties in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law and / or in the event of exceptions in the relevant legislation. For the purpose of providing the services in question, in order to achieve the objectives, set forth in this Privacy Policy. Although it is essential that no fee is requested in relation to the requests, Thrift Moda reserves the right to charge a fee on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board of Thrift Moda. III. Retention Time of Personal Data: Thrift Moda will retain the personal data provided by the Data Owner for the time required by the above-mentioned processing purposes.In addition, Thrift Moda will be able to store personal data in the event of any dispute that may arise between the Data Owner, for the purpose of performing the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute, and for the expiry periods specified in accordance with the relevant legislation. IV. Thrift Moda undertakes to take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to ensure and to carry out the necessary inspections.

In case of linking to other applications over the platform, Thrift Moda does not bear any responsibility for the privacy policies and contents of the applications.
