Shipping Policy
We ship only domestic. All orders will take 3-5 business days to process. Please note that this time-frame is the time for your order to be prepared for shipment. All orders are shipped via Turkish shipping systems. Please note that we are not liable, nor will we be accountable for the travel time of shipping companies as after the package is shipped, it is out of our control. If you are experiencing shipment trouble, please contact us as xoxo@thriftmoda.com and provide us your order number and we will do our best to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because a majority our items are vintage and pre-owned, we don't offer any kind of return or exchange.
Please know that we make every effort to be as transparent as possible with the condition of our items. We also take pride in the professional cleaning and sanitation of our items.
These are items that have a history, and are made available for you to make part of your own story. Enjoy them and make them your own. For the sake of sustainability, if you do decide to move on from your item, pass it along for someone else to enjoy!
